I went from star student to dunce this week in my mommie class. I still knew a lot about what she taught us, but I failed the breathing exercises! Who knew breathing could be so hard! I seriously felt like I was suffocating a lot of the time. So... I guess I have that to work on. My friend says that the baby still comes out whether you know how to breath or not, and I have to say that makes a lot more sense than hee hee hoo hoo. By the way, we did not have time for "the video" She promised we would watch it first thing next week, can't wait!

Ur friend is very wise to tell you that! When the moment comes to push, you are just so ready for it to be done and to meet your baby you forget about all the breathing techniques u learned. Instead of you saying "hee hee hoo hoo" ur going to be like "GET OUT!!!!" hahahaha
