A Great Day for a Great Dad!

Father's Day 2011 was so much fun! We spent it at the lake, and this time we were successful in actually getting the boat out onto the lake :)Isn't Liam's daddy handsome! All packed up and hunting for the perfect beach. We found a nice little cove to beach the boat and seadoo.
Felt like a quiet little lake from where we were. Nice and secluded thanks to the wasp nest at the campground above us that chased off the family of fifteen.Liam is ready to pull daddy on the wakeboard, I say better him than me :) Will, showing the Brits how it's done here in America.

Notice the seadoo right behind Will who is about to fall. It was three young (and obviously idiotic) girls waiting to chop my husband into fish food. Grrrrr. I got the pleasure of holding Liam for and hour and a half so he could catch some ZZZ's. Everybody felt bad for me missing out on the party, but truth be told I would hold Liam for every nap if I didn't have a million chores to do at home.
We headed home for a backyard BBQ. All the guys did a very good job showcasing their BBQ skills. We had carne asada, beef, chicken, and shrimp kabobs, and tri tip.
The whole Father's Day gang. Kirsten, Ruben, Chris, Kayleigh, Will, Liam, Me, Julie, and George.

Happy Father's Day to all the "Dad's" in my life. You are all amazing men, and I speak for Liam too when I say we are lucky to have you in our lives.

Happy fathers day Will!

I Love the picture of you and Liam where he is napping on you. Those moments don't last long and before you know it they don't do those things anymore :( So I know what you mean by enjoying it..because anytime I can get one of the girls to cuddle with me I take it!
