Christmas 2013

This year we we traveled to Idaho for Christmas.  Will said he wanted the boys to have a white Christmas, so we booked some airline tickets and away we went.  Only after they were booked did I tell him there was a pretty good chance that Inkom wouldn't have snow by Christmas :)
Ready to board.  Liam kept asking "When are they going to call our names?" Not sure where that came from.
Christmas don't be late! Our flight was delayed :-/
The boys stayed busy with snacks and IPADS

Decorating a Gingerbread Man at Grandma Kris's. Something Liam has always wanted to do!
What? Haven't you ever seen a Gingerbread Man with 3 eyes before?  All of  the cool ones do!

Eating your creation is half the fun.  This Gingerbread Man did not run fast enough!

It wasn't exactly "white" yet in Idaho, but Liam wanted to build a snowman. The grandpas couldn't let that wish go unfulfilled, so Grandpa Gradyn plowed us up a piled and we made it happen!
Liam was not a big fan of the sledding. Granted it was a bit grassy and bumpy!

Best Buds
Best SnowBoy Dragon Ever! His name is SnoFu.
Notice the dragon tail

Pebble Creek had a skiff of snow
Sleepover

Lots of new puzzles!
Liam and Grandpa Dave went out to feed the horses.
Liam and Smoky were buds, could have been the apples.
Smoky photo bombed Liam and Grandpa's selfie.
Grandma Kris and Liam building with Legos. Reed dumping out the Legos every time they got picked up.
Will and my dad put in a considerable amount of time on new puzzles too!
The fruits of their labor.
Reed liked it outside in the cold, he was about the only one who did!

Brrrrrr!
Kisses for Reed from Drive By and Angel
More Kisses
One last kiss from one Big Baby to another.
Liam learned the wonders of the Wii, and how it works to be the youngest cousin old enough to play...
Grandma Shiny with the kids playing Star Wars Trouble, boy did that take a while! I think they had to take a lunch break at one point!
Twas' the Night Before Christmas...
Aunt Carisa, Sydney Mae, Grandpa Gradyn, me, my dad

Grandpa Dave cut down this beauty all on his own.

Even our stockings went to Idaho!

Christmas Morning
Santa found us!

Christmas Morning

Reeder was more interested in the ball than posing for pictures.

All the kids love this chair. It was my dad's when he was little.

Grandpa Gradyn got coal in his stocking from Santa, and when he asked Liam why he thought Santa would give him coal Liam said, "Well, you did tease a little bit."
Grandpa Dave received coal in his stocking too, but when asked why, Liam couldn't think of a reason that he would, and by his own account, Grandpa Dave was good all year long. Better luck next year Grandpa!

Cousins
All 8 of my dad and Janis's grandkids.
Back: Archer, Phenix, Paityn, Jace, Liam
Front: Ethan, Mason, Reed

One last pic with the grandparents before we head out.
We're leavin' on a (teeny tiny) jet plane.
We don't know when we'll be back again (but we hope it's very soon!)
