A Party Fit for a Pirate!

 

Our baby boy is three!!!  Hard to believe time can pass so quickly.  He wanted to have a "Jake" and the Neverland Pirates party, and boy did he ever!  With a lot of help from Grandma Cookie and Mimi we put together one great big celebration, complete with a Tic Toc Croc Bean Bag Toss, Captain Liam's Ring Toss, Walking the Plank, and a Treasure Hunt.  The kiddos all received pouches for their gold doubloons and pixie dust, bandannas, eye patches, tattoos and of course a treasure map.



We had lots of "pirate food" for example we didn't have grapes and popcorn, we had cannon balls and pirate teeth!

Baby Reed was "Cubby" Jake's sidekick from the show.  Grandma Cookie also made Liam a Jake costume, but he wouldn't go for it... or the Captain Hook costume she gave him!  Aye Mateys he's a scalawag alright!





 



Make a wish Birthday Boy!





Liam crying in his birthday "group pic" is becoming a tradition.  This year it was because I made the mistake of trying to force him to wear one of the pirate costumes like his friends.  Aaarggghhhh!
