Adios 2!

As Liam embarks on his third year of life; I would like to reflect on his second.  The change that happens between two and three is huge!  I know I am being that mom who thinks their child is the smartest ever, but I can't help it! Most 2 year olds know their ABC's, but Liam knows all the letter sounds and is starting to sound out words.  He can spell not only his full name, but Reed's too.  He can count to thirty, and do basic addition with pictures and even writes his name fairly well.  The "L" and the "i" are very good, the "a" is a little bit tougher and the "m" looks a little like a "w", but it won't be long.  He can also dress himself, and before three was potty trained! He loves puzzles and easily completes ones that are meant for 5 and older.  I challenge anyone, child or grown up to beat him at "Memory", it is amazing how good he is at it!  Knowing what Liam was capable of before he turned three makes me wonder just how much he'll do before four!  So proud of my little man!
