Workout (or lack there of) Tag

1.)How many days a week do you workout? Two days, sometimes three days a week.
2.) Favorite Cardio Workout(s) – On Fridays I play basketball after school with some other teachers against the 8th grade boys’ team. Playing sports is the only way to work out in my book! It's so much fun, and twice as much of a workout than anything else I do.
3.) Favorite Ab Workout(s) – My favorite abs workout is… laughing. But, if I can’t count that I would say the ab ball that Nicki got me last year. I do sort of a plank workout on it. I saw it on Regis and Kelly. What you do is lay on your stomach on the ball, then get on the front of your toes. Next, push your self up, until you are holding yourself on the ball with your hands. You just hold yourself like that for about 15 seconds, then relax and do it again. If I do that like five times, I can hardly sit up the next morning. If it’s too hard you can hold yourself n your elbows, then work your way up to your hands.

4.) Favorite Arm Workout(s) – I don’t have a fav. arm workout. That’s why they look the way they do!

5.) Favorite Leg Workout(s) - I play Volleyball with other teachers at least one day a week. I'll say that's my leg work out, because of all the jumping and squatting.
6.) Favorite Glut (butt) Workout(s) - This is another ball workout, you just lay like the picture and rotate your arms from one side to the other. You have to make sure and flex your core and your butt the whole time!

7.) Favorite Outdoor Workout – I walk the dogs a couple times a week, but I really don't count that as a workout, I think I could walk a hundred miles and not even get my heart rate up. I like to RUN, but not jog. Running where I live is really hard because it is so, so hilly, and my knee can't take a whole lot of running downhill. Our house is at top of the hill in the middle of this picture, so I rarely get outside to workout, unless its down to the rec center to play a pick up game of bball, and sometimes in the summer Kim C. and I walk up the ginormous hill with our dogs.

So, that's my workout tag. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. I really need to make a change before we get pregnant, or there will be no going back!

Hey Mandi- Thanks for commenting on our blog. Holidays do get crazy! Jen doesn't know what she is having, they don't like to find out! But she is due in four weeks on April 27th. Since she doesn't have a blog, and doesn't really want one, I will post something on mine when the baby gets here.
