Thanks-A-Bunch Feast

Liam's class celebrated Thanksgiving with a feast yesterday. We weren't in class to sign up for a dish on Monday because we were on our way home from Anaheim, so guess what we got... Sweet Potatoes! I like sweet potatoes, but most kids don't, and I didn't feel like making something that no one was going to eat! So, I made sweet potato casserole and sweet potato cupcakes. "I'll show them, I said!" To my surprise not only the cupcakes were completely demolished, but so was the casserole :)
