Our Fourth of July weekend consisted mostly of swimming and barbecues, with a fair thrown in the middle. No complaints here!
Liam loves shooting hoops from Daddy's shoulders.
Chris was kind enough to let us bring our more furry children over for a dip too.
Rocco LOVES jumping in after the ball. It's actually the only time he has any interest in playing fetch. He catches some serious air on his takeoffs too!
He does not receive tens on his entry into the water. He makes an enormous splash!
Will and Liam spent some serious quality time swimming together. Swimming with Mommy is not quite as fun I guess, because Liam prefers Dad in the water.
On Sunday we went with Chris and his family to the Del Mar fair. Liam and I had to get a picture next to the Grand Champion Steer. I told him the story about how I won Grand Champion with my first steer, now as long as Aunt Nicki doesn't add any details we'll be good.
The boys decided they would have a race down the big slide.
You can tell by this picture, that Will is not the least bit competitive!
Will crosses the finish line and entire length ahead of Ruben, the next closest competitor.
Our next door neighbor invited us over for a bbq on the Fourth. We watched the fireworks over the lake from their backyard, even though I am pretty sure we have a better view from our yard.
Will insisted on taking a self pic with Liam, and then insisted that the one he took was better than the one I took of the two of them, so I had to post it. LOL

I must admit, Will and Liam took a darn good self pic! :o) Must hear more on this grand champion steer! lol. And I have to add, you are looking super extra beautiful these days!
