His full name: William Richard Ross
Where did you meet? This one depends on who you’re asking. Will says we met on my 21st birthday (His story involves me not giving him the time of day), but our first true meeting was on his boat on Lake Coeur d’Alene. Some friends asked me to go to Will’s cabin, I said, “Who’s Will”, they said “Will Ross” and they couldn’t believe I didn’t know who he was. Their exact words were “Everyone knows Will Ross”. So I went with them and we walked down to his dock, and he pulled up in his boat, the life of the party, and I was hooked. I truly believe that we were not meant to meet until that day. My sorority and his fraternity we next door to each other, and we hung out with almost the same exact crowd for about 2 years. Yet we didn’t meet until we (mostly he) was ready to be in love.
Who asked who out first: He asked me if I wanted to spend the 4th of July with him in CDA, but other than that we were just basically together from the first moment I laid eyes on him.
Who kissed who first? He kissed me.
When and where was your first kiss? The Fourth of July, in the lake.
Who said I love you first: Probably me.
How long did you date: 2 years
How long have you been married: 2 years 8 months
Do you have any children? Nope (Lucy and Rocco don’t count I suppose, but they are our babies for the time being)
Who admits when they're wrong first: Neither one of us admits when we’re wrong. We just get over it.
Who wears the pants: Not sure, (that probably means not me, huh)
What is your favorite feature of his? I love his dark features (skin, eyes, hair), and his brain, and his smile, and his height (I love him all)
Does he have a nickname for you? No, only one that he says to tease me, but I don’t want to tell anyone else, lest I give anyone ammunition!
What is his favorite food? Pretty much everything his mom cooks (mostly Mexican food)
What is his favorite sport? He likes playing soccer, but he mostly watches basketball, (this may be because I hate watching soccer!)
Does he have a hidden talent? I think that his knowledge of electrical engineering is the one that amazes me the most. The math he did in college did not look like it was written in our language!
How old is he? 26
What’s his favorite type of music? He listens to all kinds of music, I even get him to listen
to country every now and then. Growing up in Orange County he listened to a lot of Sca music.
Who's taller: He is by like 8 inches, (and I am not short!)
Who sings better: I sing more, but I wouldn’t say better.
Who is smarter: I usually act like I’m smarter, but he has it in the bag.
Who does the laundry: ME!
Who pays the bills: Will, I have direct deposit, and I have never even see a bill! I love it!
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed: I do! He always wants to switch but I only let him sleep on my side on the weekends!
Who mows the lawn: We kinda go in phases; it should be my job in the summer since I don’t work, but he likes being outside so he ends up doing it before I get to it.
Who cooks dinner: Will is a great cook, but I cook the majority of the time that we eat at home.
Who drives: WILL, even when I am behind the wheel, he is driving!
Do you think he will read this? Maybe some of it, he really pays very little attention to “our” blog.
What do you admire most about him? His work ethic and his ambition. I swear there are days when he goes to work at 5am, gets home at 6pm, and then works in his office for another 3 hours. It’s insane.
